Mazda vehicles are known for being crafted with the highest care and attention to details. Their lineup of vehicles includes the base-level Sport as well as the Touring, Grand Touring, and Grand Touring Reserve trims. Recently Mazda has added a new level of elegance and sophistication to their lineup by introducing the Signature trim, a high-end option that sits above Grand Touring Reserve.
The new Signature trim first debuted in the Mazda CX-9 seven-seat SUV and the Mazda6 mid-size car, and has now expanded to the 2019 Mazda CX-5 compact SUV. The CX-5 is a top-selling model in the lineup, and the Signature trim is sure to increase the brand’s sales even more. For the compact SUV, the Signature incorporates a 250-horsepower turbocharged 2.5-liter engine that delivers 310 lb-ft of torque.
On the inside, the Signature trim takes sophistication a step further with Caturra Brown Nappa leather surfaces and layered wood trim. Both the front and back seats are heated, as is the steering wheel. The cabin is also equipped with advanced, modern technology, including an infotainment system with both Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™, a Bose® 10-speaker sound system, and a 360-degree camera to enhance visibility when parking.
